Hi Stankie! im starting my 19-20 keys and getting bummed, i´ve followed your guides but i just cant improve. im stuck at 47-60k dps on keys, i do ok in big packs but finish just a bit ahead of tanks, i logged some runs and wowanalizer tells me to stormstrike more, but then again im using it on CD. The other thing im confused is the running part, im recasting waay to mych flame shock, but the page is telling me to use more flame shocks while moving :< .... Hubby (who i play with) is toying with the idea of me playing an "easier" dps so we can progress. Any advice?

I use it alot as a an extra reminder and a crutch to track somethings but i don't constantly track it, i can play without it but i prefer to have it to save some brainspace.

Small thing: for the first Talentlink we dont want Totemic Projection or Totemic Focus i dont think because we dont play WF totem and its mainly used to relocate WF totem (bound in macro to LavaLash f.g.) right?

I played enha for the first 4 weeks of the expansion. Got to 2.2k m+ and took a break until now. Im bored and tired of the class but also lazy respecing or reclassing. So my "break" will most likely extend. The class just feels like you are doing so much stuff for so little reward or to be easly outdpsed if you mess something up....

Hey man, i wanna ask you About the [Stormflurry] talent, since another youtuber basicly said "youre trolling if you dont take this", reason beeing that with Windfurry and our 2 Piece its a lot of dmg itself while also generating a ton of Maelstrom... Whats your opinion on that? I find it hard to spec since there is always 1 or 2 talent points to little

Yo! i don't see how stormflurry would be impactful with our 2p since it doesn't stack we just empower our next fire/frost/natur spell so IT generates more maelstrom, so stormstrike proccing extra stormstrikes doesn't really add to that and it's nothing i've heard of atleast. For phys builds however it's different since alot of our dmg comes from WF proccs and generating maelstrom fast so for that you can for sure use stormflurry.

Stormstrike does not generate bonus maelstrom or damage for Stormstrike, you always have to alternate, the 2set doesn't synergize it with itself.

I said on aoe to use frostshock with EITHER hailstorm OR ice strike buff or both, this is wrong and should be: Frostshock with Either hailstorm & ice strike or just hailstorm NOT if you only have ice strike buff.

I am confused with one thing when it comes to the Elementalist build. The guide on WoWHead said the same thing you did when it came down to using your spenders in two seperate ways. Once with 10 Maelstrom stacks and later in priority with 5. So you said to use Chain Lightning at 10 stacks and then later in the prio you said use it at 5. So I was wondering, when do you want to use it at 5, and when do you want to wait and pool Maelstrom stack till 10?

the entire prio list if you will is just a checkbox so for example If you don't have 10 maelstrom, you can't lavalash/frostshock/icestrike BUT you have 5 maelstrom, then spend it cause spending 5 on CL is better then say 1 flameshock! So TLDR If you have 5 maelstrom and u can't cast anything better then that, then you spend!

Not really, the builds that are linked are fine for all dungeons, if you wanna minmax at a high lvl like 25+ keys then some talents are better with some setups/dungeons!

More often then not yes! WF totem is huge for some melee so if the party is mainly melee DPS it'll be worth it!

Not for these m+ builds no! DRE is really hard to make good for dungeons as it's so RNG, you have to spam Stormstrike to proc it and on aoe you kinda don't wanna press stormstrike unless you have to since there's alot better stuff to press. So you're stuck between either spamming stormstrike hoping to get a procc and doing awesome dmg when it proccs and crap when it doesn't, OR ignore stormstrike and well..then you might aswell not specc into it!

i think you can add in so it does, i personally don't want it to show me CDs since sometimes we hold CDs to have em for a specific moment and then they just take up space in hekili

I main paladin (usually prot/holy though) and have to say that there is one major difference between this specs - enhancement is challenging and allows you to master the spec. Meanwhile ret paladin is braindead easy and only decision making you do is about your utility usage. This expansion I didn't play ret at all, came back for a rework, got like ilvl 415 and killed 2 first mythic bosses with 97 & 99 mythic parses. This should tell you how easy it is to play ret. Some people find it fun, some people (me) find it boring asf. I just can't play a spec where I can't improve because rotation is too easy. Wish shamans had a tank spec though

@@pr3287 doesn't a 99 also mean that there's probably not a big pool of people playing ret and you could be 1 of 10.000 players unlike other specs that are 1 of 100.000? Not to be rude, rather curious about the system behind the numbers

I keep trying to do these but my dps just suckers =/. My ilvl is 400, I average around 48k on a heroic raid and do worst in Mythic+ but I am the Mythic+ elemenatlist build. I dunno what else to do.

same here, i cap around 50k, and i have no idea what else to do, ilvl 403 a guild member told me to never wait for 10 maelstrom, and always use chain lightning at 5, so that frostshock is always on CD, that helped, but no where near others with their output.
