I been living off the grid for 15yrs in the great upper peninsula of Michigan,no electric,no running water,no plumbing outhouse, finally broke down and bought a generator couple years ago.. elsewise i will live my life here now,65 yrs old

DUDE, 6' 4x4 on the tire, other end on ground... drive onto the 4x4, bead off rim and all you had to do was move a 4x4! THE REST OF IT seemed WAY EASY! de-beading the rim though looked horrendously painful.

I swear, he makes anything seem great. Heck, my favorite video he ever made was the one where he cooked kabobs in the woods, ending with a cup of coffee. Can’t imagine how many times I have watched that video.

Our highways are brutal in the winters. I'm from Ontario but lived and worked in all of the provinces you are going through. Alaskan Highway and Thunder Bays highways are the worse for me to travel on. I used to work in Norman Wells.

I love your channel but the issue with all off grid channels is that all these channels needs to stop the government is going to stop people from buying there own land the banks the government don’t want that there goal is everyone will be happy under there control and own nothing basically modern slavery. The more channels of off grid the more they want to stop and put restrictions on land that’s why they are having very rich people buy all the land up so no one can buy the land.

My father-in-law was a carpenter/foreman for a commercial construction Co. When "carpenters" came to a job site looking for a job he would tell them to make a pair of saw horses. If the saw horses were junk he'd tell 'em to get on down the road. If the saw horses were functional, rigid, & durable...they were hired!

My Dad had an old single sawhorse in our basement when we were young. It was a frame for a small tent, a dollhouse, a pretend horse and dog, and whatever else our imaginations could come up with. If we had had two there would have been many more imaginary uses. Thanks for reminding me about that, Dave!😍🇨🇦
