today's 5 minutes workout is a FULL BODY TABATA HIIT workout. #tabatasongs #tabata The major muscle groups are arms & shoulder, biceps, triceps, back, chest are trained intensively. There are 10 exercises who with no repeat and of course im not talking :-) . The training is full-length so that you can simply train along. There is a new exercise every 30 seconds with a duration of 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. Before each exercise the name of the following exercise is shown. There are all well-known exercises so that even if you have some experience with weights you can train it immediately.

00:10 jumping jacks
00:40 squat to squat jumps
01:10 prisoner high knees
01:40 knee to ellbow
02:10 push up to burpees
02:40 squat to knee touch
03:10 plank kicks
03:40 flutter kicks
04:10 run on place
04:40 squat pulses
