I've seen similar videos. This one is okay. I think it's a good idea to agree to ask and answer questions. Yes, it does help to "weed" out or in a person quickly. Love takes time and becoming friends is the first step. If you don't like someone you probably won't go much further. There are so many questions to ask and you don't want to spend the entire first or second date just asking them. Small talk is an important part of communication too.
