They were referring to game developers who work for massive corporations and churn out a shit game for thousands of people to download so that they can make millions with minimal effort. Not all free games are like this, for example Best Fiends has in game purchases but it all goes to charity so I think it’s okay. The app industry tends to be a a ruthless money machine. The money hungry ones are the ones who make shitty apps that they obviously don’t care about to make millions off of kids who download the game without knowing it’s intentions.
