Ingredients :
1 liter of whole milk (4 cups)
3 tablespoons of white vinegar
20 grams of salted butter
1 - Salted butter is not mandatory (I also make this fresh cheese with unsalted butter and it's delicious too)!
2 - You can also replace the white vinegar with lemon juice.
3 - This cheese will keep for 5 days in the fridge.
