Dragli: jelly without tension

So, prepare it in the morning, and add TM Varto mustard in the afternoon and enjoy it with bread.
Ingredients for making jelly
500 g of pork
5 chicken legs
25 g of gelatin (powder)
120 ml of water for soaking gelatin
2.5 liters of water
5 heads of garlic
laurel leaf TM Varto

salt to taste
