I think this is why her desire to choose her own conservator to have a more professional relationship should be honored without question. It seems like in some ways conservatorship did stop her from self destructing the way many young stars with mental issues do, but she's not a child and should have more control now that she is more stable and more mature.

She has a tiktok account with the same videos.....and as a person who has also taken medication for mh dx's it appears to me she is either overly medicated, her medication is mismanaged, or both? Proper medication dosage wouldn't have these types of responses, and they've definitely had enough time to work on what works and what doesn't. Just from my personal experience, the behavior doesn't indicate not being medicated at all. She's foggy, spaced out at times, her body coordination is off....so many signs. It made me sick and saddened to watch. And she appears incredibly lonely. I think this conservatorship is ridiculous at this point, if it must continue it should be at the decretion of her wishes imo. Her father needs cut out....as a person who has had many of my dignities stripped from me because I'm unable to lerform them due to disability......it can really mess with you. Giving her back some control could improve things dramatically. I feel so badly.

I have a family member who is under permanent conservatorship... She is way more suitable to take care of herself than her family lets on and she lives like a prisoner. Trust me (from personal experience), it's unbelievable what your own flesh and blood will put you through so that they can have control of the fortune you worked so hard for. It makes me immediately sus about this situation. The way her dad is talking and acting is a GIGANTIC red flag. I have seen these EXACT same antics first hand.

Natasha Letourneau she gets to see them less now cuz of her dad Jamie allegedly having a physical altercation with her son. I truly believe that’s why she decided to start fighting to get out now. She stayed quiet for so long so she would be able to be a mother to her sons & now that her visitation was cut considerably she has no reason to comply with the conservators anymore.

The whole reason why she would wanna stop making music is so that the money flow stops and caring for her becomes the real job. Think about it, the judge is getting paid, the people "caring " for her, I bet her siblings too because of how defensive they got. Everyone is in it for the money, so what happens when the source of income stops? No money means they'll have no reason to continue supporting her because they're no longer getting paid for it.

I think its sus that for ten years everything was “fine” and then when the conservatorship was scheduled to be in court again, Britney conveniently started having mental health problem again. And now it’s being pushed back again and again. I think the only thing that will help is to get her entire family removed and have people she wants appointed to those positions if the conservatorship isn’t removed. Best course of action shes freed entirely. But dang. I hope she is one day able to live her life the way she wants to.

That’s what I said! And they illegally admitted her and held her against her will...then said “oh, her meds are no longer effective...we have to change them, and find new ones.” So much sketchy stuff from doctors, legal professionals and the court system. No surprise though...look at what happened to Steven Avery and how far up that went...I would not be even a little surprised if all the judges and doctors and such are paid off...and the stalker becomes the new business manager...yeah that’s not weird at all.

Sadly, THIS shows just how much MONEY controls people over LOVE. If Britney was being properly cared for, she wouldn’t appear the way she does. This speaks volumes alone! She is right in seeking out people other than her own family. Most of their hearts aren’t in the right place. I enjoyed this series however, I just wish you would have gone deeper. But I understand there are legal constraints.

I think she had severe post natal depression after the kids I would definitely say years of un medicated adhd could lead to bi polor disorder chuck in lots of meds and mental abuse head games she will still act like a child its like a protective place we revert back to with mental illness like when you see old people with alzimers dementia becoming like children again. We just don't know the whole truth and what's going on but I see alot of control behind closed doors.

As someone who's been through it when I was in my early 20s. She had a nervous break down and there were a lot of things that contributed to that. What's happened is they've taken a nervous break down and turn it into a "mental illness". These people are using it for their advantage and taking advantage of her. It Has to stop.

Dude, you are wrong. Bipolar is a mental illness, and pretty tough at that. But it doesn't mean by any means that a person with bipolar can't live their lives. It's just that you have to keep it under control. I know because I have it, and it's not easy. But it's also true that I need my meds in order to be okay, and people who would (no matter how good their intentions) advice me to get off my meds, would doe much harm, albeit unintentionally.

I work in a field where almost everyone we see has a conservatorship, and the fact that Britney STILL has one is absolutely ridiculous. You can see the dollar signs in her family's eyes and the fact that the courts aren't protecting her makes me sick to my stomach.

I need to correct you on this. There is not only early onset dementia, but also childhood dementia. It is rare, but it does occur. So from a medical perspective speaking the Dementia claim could be true. Whether it is or not can only be assessed by a doctor who has some sessions with her.

I know I am speculating, as all of us are. But in those videos she looks manic. It's very possible she is bi polar and has manic states. That's what could account for darting eyes, swaying body, fast talking, etc. But all of that can be managed, as I believe she was doing for years until (it seems) as of late.

You can't control someone so much that they lose their mind and sense of identity and then continue to control them because "Thats what's best" Maybe she needed help in 2007. And maybe she would have been healthier by now if she wasn't under the control of the courts and her father. They made her even more mentally unwell then when she first went in. You'd go nuts too if you couldn't order your own coffee or go on social media whenever you wanted or even buy your own underwear. She's had her entire life taken from her. Her children, her freedom, her rights to pick her own lawyers, her rights to chose weather or not she takes certain medications. She can't chose who she marrys or even who she connects with on social media and in person. There's literally no excuse for this. She was being made to perform and work Vegas shows EVERY night. Someone who can't think for themselves shouldn't be forced to work stage shows every night. She finally quit the Vegas residency to look after her father after he had a ruptured bowl. So she's well enough to perform so that the dads bank account is always full and she's well enough to take care of daddy dear after a medical emergency but she's not well enough to take care of herself? Her brother stating about how she is incapable of doing things like driving, etc., because she has had other people doing it for her for years... it's just like, well if she hasn't been given the chance to do something, her incapability is on those controlling her. There comes a point where those who have control are no longer helping, but enabling her need for it. It's like at some point your child needs to make their own mistakes to learn from them, otherwise they will never be able to take care of themselves. How will she learn to help herself or take care of herself if there are people always doing it for her? You're enabling her inability that way.

This reminds me of the tragic story of young pianist Christopher Falzone, he too was controlled by his greedy narcissist parents via a Conservatorship. He tried everything to regain control of his life but his civil rights were suppressed: a judge who was friends with the parents sealed the deal. Not even his wife was able to free him through her efforts, his narc parents were simply too powerful. Knowing there was nothing he could do and the law had abandoned him, he saw no way out and took his life. I just hope Britney Spears' story has a happy ending.

Because she’s not able to plan and control these things... it’s as if she’s a child. A child can do a concert, but they need adults there to sign the paper work and in order to be part of a contract.... I’m not saying it’s okay but that’s what it was equal to. They made it like she wanted to perform. She was doing so well, and unfortunately like so many mentally ill people, she stopped taking her medication and almost burned her house down within a week. Now, bc she isn’t working out nonstop, those meds aren’t right, and it seems like they’re having trouble finding a good mix. I think it’s very clear she unfortunately needs handlers at this point, but she shouldn’t be made to work if she doesn’t want to (which she isn’t rn), and it shouldn’t be her father if she doesn’t want that. However, it really is a very difficult thing bc how can you trust ANYONE but family when you’re Britney. And even family is impossible to trust.... Such a sad thing. I just hope she gets back where she was a couple of years ago.

I watched an episode of a Netflix show called "Dirty Money" and this is a textbook example of how many elderly ppl are controlled and taken advantage of, out them on meds so that they're not coherent, so that they can continue to take advantage

I work in the legal field and while I personally know about as much as the general public about this particular case, there are so many things about this case that set off alarm bells. I think it should be terrifying to everyone that it has been so easy for these ppl to maintain such absolute control over Ms. Spears. Too many ppl in my opinion have conflicts and/or personally benefit in her being in this situation for the last 10+ yrs. Ms. Spears has a right to be included in these proceedings, something is appears her father has been successful in keeping her from participating in, and also have a say in her life. It is crazy to me that this has been going on so long in this fashion and the Courts and ppl who are supposed to be an advocate on behalf of Ms. Spears, have failed her. Just my humble opinion.

It’s just tragic because I know she has dreams. She’s a human being!!! What if she wanted to do other things with her hard earned money? What if she wanted to move to another country and give her kids something else? It’s not easy performing and working as hard as she has. How can her father live with himself knowing he’s living off of her hard earned money and keeping her from using it in the way she wants???? Sickening that someone could use their own child that way. 🤦🏻♀️ We can’t let up on this! This NEEDS TO CHANGE

The difference between Amanda and Britney, Amanda NEEDED help. She was arrested multiple times in multiple states off and on for a few years. The girl started a camp fire in her neighbors driveway because she was “cold”. She actually has mental health issues, and she does have freedom. She never lost it, except for when she was in a psyche watd. Her parents aren’t running every minute of her day. They just control her money and try to make sure she takes her meds. She has had multiple “breakdowns”but still lives on her own. The worst things Britney did was lock herself in a bathroom, w/her child. I still don’t understand why a SWAT showed up. Someone must’ve said she had a gun. She was never charged w/anything. Which she would have been if it was an actual hostage situation w/a weapon.
