Agreed. I was about 2 minutes in and felt the video could have concluded any second, and did ye olde time check. To my delight, I was in store for another 2:34 of this suspense thriller. Watching the video actually helped me 😆 to see from outside how dumb it is to think that way. My last date i freaked out so much i didn't talk to the girl again thinking i was so bad but two weeks later she texted me like nothing happened it was all in my head.

I used that when my drunk parents wanted me to dance with them at a restaurant. I simply went to the parking lot instead of the bathroom and drove home.

I work in elder care. If you need to leave someone with dementia that gets upset if you walk away "I have to go to the bathroom" is one of the top recommended excuses. The need to go to the bathroom is so deeply ingrained in the mind that even people far gone in their condition can understand it.
