This hits pretty damn close to home. All of my high school friends including me are turning 27 next year and its such a weird stage in life where you either have it all together or everythings falling apart. There is no in between. Some of us have healthy relationships and a good job, some of us are single and still studying and some are severely depressed and struggling to hold on. Dunno why exactly but this video made me tear up a little bit.

Even after that, I didn’t subscribe until very recently. Since then I’ve been going through his videos in chronological order & when I hit play here I couldn’t believe that the hilarious but sentimental video I’ve always remembered was him 😂 Anyway, I’m stuck in bed recovering from an injury right now so I typed a really long comment. Some people are introverted to the point where they only see what is in their own world and either do not care or cannot even be at a place to ask others about what is going on in their world. My friend cutter was like that for me. After high school I was the last of our friends to move out and start our lives. Which is funny, because I was also the first to move out. I got a seasonal job in Washington multiple states away from our home state and did that for a few months. But after that job I moved back to my moms until I could find out what I wanted to do. Instead I ended up living there for over a year with no job or realistic goals. He was in college at U of A and I was really jealous at the fact that he knew what he wanted to do. But every time he came home we’d hang out and he’d try to convince me that my position was completely normal and ok. After a while I decided it was time to move out and get on with life and he talked me through the whole process to get into college in Phoenix. I’ll be back home later this week, and now for the first time we’ll both be hanging out in our hometown on break from college.

As someone who chose to live in suv and then van. This used to be true. Colorado, New Mexico, Kentucky, California, and Arizona they will kick you off property when it gets a few hours after dark. Now this is big cities not small towns. It does still slide in some places. If you pull into parking lot and it specifically states no overnight parking they mean it. But this is coming from a helpful side so wish it was true and bless you for trying to help people 🤟

@@diarymadman-ju1ji Some don't mean it some do. the trick is to change which walmart you are at. Stay at one walmart one night, stay at another, the next night, go to another the night after that, then return to your first walmart... The signs do mean it sometimes(havent found one that did, but I also havent lived in my car for extremely long periods of time), and sometimes they dont, just don't park close to the store, take the farthest spot away from the store, or the least "liked" spot by the customer, if you're working a job you should have no problems because you'd be leaving their lot by 6AM to 9AM, and those aren't super active hours for a walmart. When I lived in my car the walmarts I stayed at never came out and chased me off the lot, I pretty much stayed at the same walmart for multiple days at a time and never had issues, even though they had signs saying no over night parking.

She has dropped out of college, has no job, has him pay for everything, & has a history of accusing her exes of abuse. When I texted him asking how he was doing the other day he told me that the job was just alright but that his relationship was perfect. I know people these days aren’t religious but I prayed to God last night asking to show me how my friend was actually doing & when I woke up & opened UKposts this was the first video that came up in my recommendations. Update: He failed his psyche evaluation & was let go as an officer. I’m so worried about him. Update #2: He’s still with this girl atm, but he did end up moving back to our home state

My take: two people struggle to acquire real estate in this economy. One decides to stay in home town and watches basic necessities fall into ruin. The other sets out for a more transient lifestyle, but cannot afford the basic necessities in the first place. One runs from his troubles with a pathetic hobby, the other uses a mundane distance relationship to cope. Both exist in equivalent isolation and need meaningful connection to make it through. What they don’t realize is they could find it in each other. Behold, your twenties.

I’ve always wondered this. Where do car sleepers park for the night? I can think of danger in every possible location. Wilderness - No witnesses, serial killer’s easy target Car park (parking lot) of some busy 24/7 location - Harassers, and security moving you along Surburbs - Residents calling cops Busy 24/7 non-residential road - Loud, still risk of harassers or muggers Like... where can people go? Are there groups that meet up to sleep near each other?
