2)On the mach forward, before you reach the maximum forward, you need to make a deflection in the shoulders, i.e. the angle between the shoulder and the back becomes smaller, and when you start to move back on the mach, you need to make a jerk down, as if you are pulling a curtain or reaching for a basketball hoop and then abruptly lower your hands down, so, in addition to the widest muscles of the back and the tray of the legs, you will also help with your shoulders, + there is also a shot with your feet, but I believe that this is not at all a pure performance of the rivet!
