The lady touching the bicyclist really triggered me, because recently someone pushed a bicyclist, she fell over into the street and was hit and killed. Like, don’t freaking touch other people.

I've literally never heard about a law where you can't be "in the presence of children if you do not have children" especially at a public park. It's a *public* park I would 💯 demand that the City Council charge only the people with kids for the upkeep and it not come out of public taxes if they're going to discriminate.

With the woman with her hands out smacking bikers. I notice she didn't hit the boyfriend only the woman. While he was a lil too aggro, I do think for a petty woman like that, scaring the shit out of her may be the only way to stop her behavior in the future, so I won't fault him for it since he did nothing but yell, which is not illegal. Hopefully, she'll realize it was not the right thing to do and not do it again. It's a crowded world folks. It's ok to make room for everyone.

That park situation: it looks like a public park so it’s open to everyone. I don’t believe for a second that this city has any laws requiring child- free people to stay away from any public park. Soooo, that officer shouldn’t put up any signs or warn anyone away. He should concentrate on fighting actual crime.

I had a coworker who decided, while drunk, that peeing on the stairs of a parliament building was a great idea. She also happily told everyone at work what happened, and found it absolutely hilarious. She received a written warning, which she then proudly displayed on her fridge and posted about it on Facebook, like a weird badge of honour. She was absolutely feral, and did NOT care about the law, or being a decent human being

The lady with the cyclist: A "lady" in my hometown did this to a cyclist (shared pavement for pedestrians & cyclist). The cyclist fell into the road and was hit by a car. The cyclist died. But the cyclist doesn't have to act like an aggressive Kevin.

The guy that was trying to hand out petitions to legalize safe abortions reminds me of the pride event we went to. The pro-choice petition we signed was passed to us by a man and we did not care because I am pro-choice and women, trans men, and non-binary people with a uterus deserve to make their own choices with their bodies. Their bodies should not be controlled by people in power. That decision should be confidential and private between people with uteruses and vaginas and their doctors...

Unless the park is private property, the cops can f-off. Restricting a public park only to people with children seems a violation of the 14th Amendment. Don't call the cops on Florida man. He knows to stay on public property so you can't make him stop talking or move along. Public intoxication may be a thing, depending on local laws.

I think a lot of people forget that being pro choice isn't mutually exclusive of being pro life for yourself. I'm pro choice, always have been and always will be. I've been fortunate enough to have never been in a situation where I've had to make a choice. I believe that if I were to be in that position, I would choose to keep the baby. That doesn't mean I expect other people to make that decision and I cannot say with 100% certainty that I would hold true to that if ever faced with an unplanned pregnancy. That's the beauty of being pro choice. Everyone can decide what's right for THEM when & if that time comes.

The lady on the sidewalk with her arms out, I know the boyfriend reacted wildly to what she did. But I feel like people like her only understand when you behave like them. I don’t like what he did, but at the same time, maybe this will teach her to not behave that way in the future. Because you never know when you’re going to meet somebody crazier than you.

One thing I can empathize with is not being able to have kids, so they'll make the argument "just give it up!" Then, they'll refuse to adopt or foster because "it's actually my kid." That's why it doesn't work. Obviously, not everyone makes that argument, but people like the screaming lady… do these things. I can understand the hurt, but it doesn't excuse the fact that your actions may create more problems. It's just… really complicated and way more nuanced than some people are treating it.

I did sympathy training with my animals and little humans. It didn't stick with cats but my children and puppies took well. Basically anything that hurts someone else is shown and explained with a voice that matches the emotions you would have due to the actions they took and they learn to stop hurting people through this

There is no law that says you have to have kids in a public park other people go there too. Exercise picnics bird watching etc. if someone is not creeping on kids leave them alone

I just had a miscarriage. I still feel that it is an important choice. When the cards are down, some women will always seek an abortion for non-medical reasons. There is no reason to put lives at risk when you can take care of the person instead. There are good reasons to need one.

The park thing I totally agree on and there's something I'd like to point out. Walking up to every individual person at the park and letting them know there's gonna be a lot of kids in the park next week is a really stupid way to go about that. Those officers could have been talking to people who would take advantage of that situation and they've just told them when and where there are going to be a lot of children around. You've just given someone with bad intentions a week to prepare to take one of those kids or plant a bomb or something. It's unlikely, but that's a really awful risk to take. (Edit for spelling)

That cop needs to be fired. Plain and simple, those are the ones that make cops look bad. I've been around amazing cops my whole life and as a kid I believed that the bad cops come far and few between but it's sadly worse that I thought. That police officer in the park was being such a prick. Like OBVIOUSLY someone being approached seemingly out of the blue by two officers will be on guard and maybe even rude. He gave her the info I'm sure he was tasked to give in two sentences and could've left. Instead he just kept escalating. Some people just shouldn't have even a little authority.

The one at the Philly Cheesesteak stand, I feel like there's some information missing. Why did the guy get in the other's face? I feel like sometimes it's warranted. But too many other times it's because one person was just running their mouth, and someone else got way too invested. How does one prove the age of their baby? For a teenager or adult, okay that can be easily done. But how do you do it for a baby? Even if you present a notarized birth certificate, how does that prove anything? I just don't get it. When I used to go to Planned Parenthood for regular exams and whatnot (I had crap insurance that wasn't accepted anywhere else), they had protesters outside. They were, for the most part, protesting peacefully. Then they decided that it would be best to start saying the staff and patients were racists, and that they were evil. I'm someone who believes in petty revenge, so I came up with an entertaining idea. All I would have needed was a pair of black Sclera contact lenses, and one of the flash paper/fireball devices magicians hide in my hand. Me: shouldn't you be out here with torches and pitchforks? (flicks hand with hidden flash paper device at sign and watch it flare up). There's your torch. Now you just need a pitchfork (removes glasses hiding scary lenses). Watch the people scatter.

As someone whos very protective of my partner, I think the biker went too far. I'd 100% yell but going in front of her so aggressively and threatening to beat her ass was a bit much for a light smack (she didnt even punch her, her hand was open). Some people use the weakest of excuses to completely lose it on someone.

I lived in an older congested town with lots of pedestrians and busses. You were not allowed to ride bikes on road. It's unusual but locals know. The bikes just have to be courteous of pedestrians but when I walked there, I would step into a driveway or off to curb by a telephone pole to let them past!

When she mentioned about losing three kids trying to get pregnant, that is tragic and would never actually say anything, but if she kept on pushing, I would’ve dropped a bomb size reply back. About the kid who lied about homework I feel like the whole “stand on the side of the road with a humiliating sign” is pointless because all it does is make the parent and the kid look like idiots. My mom is very strict about lying, but her way of punishing is I get my devices taken away for about a day or two and get a lecture on why lying isn’t ok. It isn’t fun but it’s definitely effective

When I got hired to a retail store I work at now my manager said someone was repeatedly taking a dump on the sidewalk in front of the store and had a friend drive them their so they could jump in the car and flee...we have cameras there now. Havent heard anything else about it...shes a B so I wouldnt be surprised if it was a disgruntled ex employee but its crazy and I guess more common than u would think 😄

That park thing ‘not allowed in the park without children…’ was very very odd! We have school playgrounds that have signs that say you can’t be in them during school hours and the gates are usually locked. I have respect for professions that protect other people but that cop (if he was a cop) should really have deescalated the situation! He was very aggressive and shouldn’t be speaking to people in that manner. The female was dressed in green so I’m not sure she was a cop.
