In this video I’m going to show you my favourite face exercises for erasing the double chin and toning the chin, under the chin and centre of the neck. Plus 💟 Check out my FREEBIE below💟!
This will help to lessen the double chin and keep the jaw, neck and low face toned and smooth. These exercises are super simple and oh so effective at tightening the space under the chin and the jawline.
With age and onset of perimenopauso and menopause, we’re more likely to develop loose and saggy skin in the neck, jawline and under the chin as the collagen begins to decline and the fat deposits in the face slide down. Now if we add on top of that weak low face muscles, well we get that unsightly double chin, turkey neck and loose neck skin. The good news is we can strengthen the muscles that supports the low face to feel and see more tone in these area.
